CAiCE Change Segment Macro

GPS Coordinates to EFB .CTL File
This macro can be used to
translate a comma delimited GPS XYZ or YXZ file into an EFB Control File
(CTL). This file could then be used to process data or imported into a
CAiCE control point database. This macro should be placed
